Matt Weber began their career in 2004 as an Associate Print/Media Buyer at The Bradford Group. Matt then moved to Rhea + Kaiser in 2006, where they held the roles of Broadcast Production Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and Assistant Production Supervisor. In 2013, Matt became a Freelance Broadcast & Content Producer. The following year, they began working for bohan Advertising as a Broadcast Producer, and for StudioNow as a Producer. In 2016, Matt joined redpepper as Associate Director of Content Production, and was later promoted to Sr. Producer/Production Manager and Producer/Production Manager.
Matt Weber obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Purdue University between 1999 and 2004.
