Nate Fleming

Nate Fleming has worked in the creative industry for more than 20 years. Nate began their career in 1999 as a Display Advertising Art Director at The Nashville Scene. In the same year, they also started providing freelance graphic design services. In 2000, they joined redpepper as the Director of Strategy and Creative Strategist. Since then, they have been with redpepper and has grown the team from a single person to 20+ full-time employees.

Nate Fleming has an education background in Anthropology, Sociology, and Embodied Cognition, which they studied from 1999 to 2009 through Independent Studies. In April 2020, they obtained a certification in Designing Strategy from IDEO.
