Ian Mott is a seasoned financial executive with 30 years of U.S. and international experience in senior and executive roles for companies from start-ups to the Fortune 500. As CFO of RedPoint Global, Ian ensures the company’s fiscal health and is responsible for Legal, HR, and IT.

Ian has extensive experience with early-stage software companies, startups, civil infrastructure, high-tech, and professional services. Ian has held numerous financial executive positions in his native Australia, as well as the United States and United Kingdom – including CFO for Dynamic Hearing in Australia and Finance Director for EMC in London.
