What we do
• Concentrated, research-led portfolios (typically 8–15 core holdings) built from a structured funnel: Screen (300+) → Watch (150+) → Active Research (50+) → Core Watch (20+) → Core Holdings.
• Mandate-flexible coverage across Asia (e.g., Korea / Asia Pacific ex-Korea), with allocations calibrated by client mandate and liquidity constraints.
• Returns driven by security selection and capital allocation—no balance-sheet leverage.

How we invest (repeatable process)
• Security Analysis: identify the “tension points” behind mispricing (earnings, positioning, sentiment, policy, structure) and define a clear path/timeframe to monetize the value gap.
• Portfolio Construction: pre-trade portfolio risk analysis (TE/VaR and factor exposure). Position sizing is determined by contribution to portfolio risk—not only upside.
• Trading & Monitoring: build positions around valuation and catalyst timing; realize gains as the value gap closes. Disciplined exits when the thesis breaks, the gap closes, or better ideas emerge.

Risk management (explicit and monitored)
• Hard limits: Position ≤25% NAV; Sector ≤40%; Country/Currency ≤50%; Cash ≤20%.
• Proactive controls: minimize unintended factor/style exposures; tactical cash and hedges for macro tail-risk events; automated monitoring of factor/flow/correlation; formal review triggered by significant drawdown or any breach of limits.

Alignment & governance
• Co-investment by the firm and key PMs; best-execution and conflict-management policies; no soft-dollar arrangements.

Registered as an investment advisory firm with Korea’s FSC (Apr 2024); plan to obtain SMA and asset management license (2026).
