RedRock Tech (operating brand of REDROCK AI INC.) is Canada's AI-augmented procurement brokerage. We serve Canadian public-sector and institutional buyers and the supplier partners who bid into them.

What we do:

• Tender Discovery & Intelligence — RedRock Tender Intelligence continuously monitors Canadian institutional procurement channels at federal, provincial, municipal, and Crown levels. Opportunities are classified, scored for fit, and routed into partner-coordination workflows.

• Supplier-Pathway Coordination — channel-mapping across OEMs, authorised distributors, and qualified secondary channels. Disclosure discipline and NDA gating before scope-level detail moves.

• Partner-Led Bid Support — coordination layer between buyer-side opportunity and supplier partner. NDA / Broker Agreement coordination, clarification handling, bid-readiness review, award-stage compliance support.

• Category Deal Desks — wedge-category brokerage lanes for high-friction institutional procurement. Lane 1 live: Transformer & Switchgear Deal Desk for critical-electrical sourcing. Additional lanes (Critical Power, EV Charging & Fleet, BESS & Microgrids, Data Centre Power, Grid Modernization, Water & Wastewater, LED Lighting, OT Cybersecurity, Healthcare Infrastructure) open as supplier-pathway depth justifies.

Operating principle: RedRock is the brokerage and coordination layer. The supplier partner is always the prime bidder, the contract holder, and the delivery-liable party.

Compensation: success-fee on award. No NDA-stage fee. No retainer.

Credentialed: Alberta Purchasing Connection (Supplier #132-187), CanadaBuys, SAP Ariba Network, UN Global Marketplace, World Bank Group Supplier Network. CRA BN 735012437. Alberta Corp 2027942503.
