Michael Smith

Michael Smith is an experienced Design Manager with a robust background in architectural design and project management, currently serving at Barratt Redrow since July 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held similar positions at Redrow and Persimmon Homes, where key responsibilities included overseeing design departments, preparing feasibility layouts for large residential schemes, and managing projects from concept to site handover. Earlier experience includes roles at Inspire Design Ltd, Lovell Partnerships Ltd, and MHDS, spanning architectural technologist and design technician positions.
