Colton Smith

Colton Smith is a skilled sales professional with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Sales Development at RedSail Technologies since November 2023, Colton previously held multiple roles at Omnicell, including Sales Consultant for over five years, where a record of three consecutive quota achievements was established. Responsibilities included maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals in several Southern states and facilitating business with Directors of Pharmacy, Nursing, IT, and C-Level Executives. Colton's career began with an entry-level position as a Sales Associate and progressed from a Sales Development Intern, developing a strong foundation in medical device sales and internal processes. Colton holds a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Interdisciplinary Business with Engineering Studies and Project & Supply Chain Management, along with a double minor in Technical Sales and Operations Management from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
