Jenny Roe's work experience began in 2004 as a Computer Science Intern at Louisiana State University, where they worked on software development and installation. Jenny later joined Praeses as a Software Engineering Intern, where they reviewed and modified programming systems.
In 2006, Jenny started working at PioneerRx Pharmacy Software, initially as a Senior Software Engineer. Over the years, they progressed to roles such as Director of Customer Solutions, where they were responsible for customer service strategies and software development. Jenny then became the Vice President of Customer Service and Development, leading the scaling of support teams and implementing customer self-service initiatives.
Currently, Jenny holds the position of Senior Vice President of Pharmacy Network Services Programs at RedSail Technologies, LLC since 2022.
Jenny Roe obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Information Assurance at Louisiana Tech University from 2007 to 2010.
In addition to their formal education, Jenny also holds several certifications. Jenny obtained the certification for Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in August 2021. In December 2009, they acquired the National Information Assurance Training Standard For Risk Analysts certification from CNSS • Committee on National Security Systems. During the same time, they also obtained the National Training Standard for Information Systems Security (INFOSEC) Professionals certification.
Furthermore, Jenny holds multiple certifications from Microsoft. Jenny obtained the MCPD: Web Developer certification in December 2007, the MCTS: .Net Framework 2.0 certifications in Distributed Applications in May 2007, Web Applications in March 2007, and Windows Applications in March 2007. Additionally, they acquired the MCTS: SQL Server 2005 certification in September 2006 and the MCDBA: Microsoft SQL Server 2000 certification in November 2005. Their earliest certification was the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, which they obtained in November 2004.
