Jo Walker

Jo Walker has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career at The Norton Group as a Human Resource Representative in 1992 and worked there until 1997. Jo then joined RedSail Technologies, LLC in 1997 and held multiple roles over the years. They worked as a Human Resources Representative and later as a Human Resources Administrator, responsible for various HR functions including retention, compliance, and policy implementation. Jo also served as a Safety and Security Administrator and HIPAA Compliance Officer, overseeing physical security and conducting HIPAA training at QS/1 headquarters. They later transitioned into roles such as Project Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, and Product Manager at RedSail Technologies, LLC, where they managed projects, built customer relationships, and ensured compliance with HIPAA regulations. Jo's expertise includes market analysis, vendor relationships, contracting, product development, and utilizing agile and scrum methodologies.
