Celia Boyer

Celia Boyer, PhD is currently working as the Directrice de projets informatiques at Redsen since March 2022. Prior to this role, Celia served as the Member of foundation council at Health On the Net Foundation from December 2019 to Present and as the Executive Director from September 2002 to October 2019. Celia also worked as the Editor at IMIA Yearbook from 2007 to July 2012 and as the Chief of Web projects at Health On the Net Foundation from February 1996 to April 2002. Celia holds a Ph.D. from the University of Geneva, a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in Management in Non-Profit Organisations, and an Engineering degree in Communication systems-Informatics from EPFL.
