Andy Prow

Andy Prow has extensive experience in the IT industry. Andy began their career in 1994 as a Software Developer for IBM. In 1996, they moved to IBM NZ Ltd as a Senior Developer. In 1999, they joined Software Spectrum as a Principal Consultant and then moved to Vodafone as a Lead Software Developer in 2000. In 2001, they joined AMR and Associates as an IT Consultant and Solutions Architect, and also joined Ecentric as a Solutions Architect. Later that year, they founded Aura Information Security, where they served as CEO and Founder and Owner and Managing Director. In 2021, they joined Quidnet Ventures as a Venture Partner and Strategic Advisor, and also joined the New Zealand Internet Task Force (NZITF) as a Board Member.

Andy Prow attended the University of Birmingham from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bsc Hons in Computer Science and Software Engineering. Prior to that, they attended King Edward VI school, Southampton, England from 1984 to 1991, where they also obtained a BSc Hons in Computer Science and Software Engineering.
