Brian Hoffmann

Brian Hoffmann has been working as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for RedShield since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Implementation Engineer at HITECH Solutions Limited from 2013 to 2021. Their role involved the implementation of IP/PBX Phone systems including setup, configuration, on-site implementation, training and support of all new customer installs. Brian had complete coverage and adept knowledge of the entire Mitel product suite, and was experienced in MiVB cluster redundancy, SIPT redundancy, advanced ARS routing and integration into Micollab and MiCC (Call center) including MiVB Multi-tenanted solutions.

Brian Hoffmann attended Ames I.T Academy from 2012 to 2013, where they studied Information Technology. Brian has also obtained several certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, and Mitel.
