Daniel Gadd

Daniel Gadd has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. From 2011 to present, they have worked at RedShield as a Cloud Engineering Manager, Senior DevOps Engineer, Global Cloud Security Engineer, and Infrastructure Engineer. From 2011 to 2011, they worked at Aura Information Security as a Security Consultant. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at Harvey Norman as a Customer Service Manager, where they were responsible for dealing with warranty repairs of goods, returning stock to suppliers, out of warranty repairs, in-home installations, customer technical queries, supplier and repair agent communications, escalating repair jobs, handling and determining authorisation of refunds, handling Consumer guarantees Act disputes and resolutions, digital photolab processing, cashier and loading dock work.

Daniel Gadd obtained their Bachelor degree in Information Security/Information Assurance & Network Architecture from Wellington Institute Of Technology (WelTec) between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended Samuel Marsden Collegiate School Whitby between 2004 and 2007. In October 2017, they obtained the Puppet Certified Professional certification from Puppet.
