Ivan Kovachev has a diverse work experience in technical roles. Ivan started their career at Verizon as a Datacenter Engineer, where they were responsible for implementing Managed Hosting solutions and maintaining system integrity. After that, they joined BRT SA as an IT Support Engineer, providing user support and troubleshooting IT issues. Ivan then worked at Cisco as a Cisco ESA Engineer, before joining Red Sift as a Customer Success Engineer and later becoming the Customer Success Technical Lead.

Ivan Kovachev earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Network Security from the University of Westminster from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained A Levels in Information Technology and Science from Holland Park School from 2005 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Ivan Kovachev has obtained the Certified Support Professional certification from Service Strategies in 2022 and is currently pursuing certifications in Cybersecurity, including the Mastercard - Cybersecurity Job Simulation, ISC2 Candidate, and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity from Forage and ISC2, respectively.
