Michael Graninger

Michael Graninger is a seasoned investment professional, currently serving as Managing Partner at Sands Capital since April 2018, where the firm focuses on high-growth sectors including Life Sciences, Technology, and Global Consumer. Graninger has been a member of the CIT GAP Tech Fund Advisory Board since 2011 and previously held the position of Partner at In-Q-Tel from 2003 to 2018, collaborating with the US Intelligence Community on technology investments. Additional experience includes roles as President at Mobile System 7, Managing Director at Hunter Capital Group, Senior Vice President at Friedman Billings Ramsey, and Senior Manager at KPMG. Graninger holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University and a BS in Business Administration from Salisbury University.
