Ben Nickerson

Ben Nickerson is a seasoned professional in the sports industry with extensive experience in customer relationship management and marketing operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of CRM for the Boston Red Sox since March 2016, Ben oversees the configuration, operation, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems. Prior to this role, Ben worked as the Marketing Operations Manager for the Boston Celtics, where responsibilities included managing marketing systems and supporting sales and marketing processes. Earlier experience includes sales positions with Consumer United and ticket sales roles with Front Row Marketing Services and the Portland Pirates. Ben holds a BS in Sports Management from Thomas College and has achieved the status of Trailhead Ranger through Salesforce, earning over 100 badges.
