Delaney Jackson is currently serving as a Fenway Ambassador for the Boston Red Sox, providing assistance to fans regarding ballpark inquiries and managing office responsibilities. Since January 2020, Delaney has also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Society Merch, addressing online customer support issues related to orders, cancellations, and promotions, in addition to managing a fulfillment center. Previously, Delaney participated in the Disney College Program at The Walt Disney Company, working in merchandise at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Delaney began a professional career as an Administrative Assistant at LogixHealth, maintaining patient confidentiality and processing medical information. Delaney is pursuing a Master of Science in Sports Leadership at Endicott College, following a Bachelor of Arts in History from Salem State University, and holds a Doctor of Law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law.
