Jason Notermann is an experienced broadcast engineering professional currently serving as the EIC for events at Polar Park with the Worcester Red Sox since April 2022. With a long-standing tenure at the Boston Red Sox since April 2015, Jason holds the title of Chief Engineer, overseeing the preventative maintenance of broadcast and post-production equipment at Fenway Park, along with managing fiber and triax integrity. Prior to this, Jason was the Engineering Manager at NESN from February 2003 to April 2015, where leadership and mentoring skills were emphasized. As Engineering Supervisor at NESN, responsibilities included overseeing the operations of the engineering department and leading a team of engineers. Earlier roles included work as a Satellite/Transmission Maintenance Engineer at both ESPN and Golf Channel, focusing on the maintenance of transmission systems and satellite antennas. Jason holds an Associate's degree in Communications from Mount Wachusett Community College, earned between 1988 and 1991.
