Jerome Laday, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Parking Lot Attendant for the Boston Red Sox since February 2020, Jerome has held various significant roles, including Pharmaceutical Recruiter at Alternative Resources Company and Sales Recruiting Contractor at Kyowa Kirin, Inc.
