Jon Hay

Jon Hay serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Strategy & Analytics for the Boston Red Sox, where responsibilities encompass overseeing all business analytics, data architecture, business intelligence, CRM, and reporting efforts, as well as broader initiatives within Fenway Sports Group. Hay's progressive career at the organization includes previous roles as Vice President of Data, Intelligence & Analytics, Director of Business Analytics, and various managerial positions focused on implementing data-driven strategies and predictive analytics. Prior experiences include positions at Merrick Ventures, SpotHero, and Morgan Stanley, where expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and trading was developed. Hay holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
