Kelsey Doherty is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand and social media management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Brand and Social Media for the Boston Red Sox since March 2012. In this role, Kelsey has led initiatives including the launch of the first-ever City Connect uniform campaign in collaboration with Nike and MLB, developed comprehensive social media strategies for 23 Red Sox accounts, and overseen a team of over 20 employees. Previous positions with the organization include Senior Manager of Marketing, Digital Media Manager, and Social Media Coordinator, where Kelsey contributed to significant growth in digital engagement and developed innovative marketing programs. Kelsey’s background also includes experience in communications and marketing roles with Major League Lacrosse, The Charles Realty, and various internships, complemented by a BS in Marketing from Emerson College.
