Martyna Stafa is a seasoned Talent Partner currently working at RedStone since July 2025, with a robust background in talent acquisition and recruitment spanning several years. Previously, Martyna held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Allegro.pl, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Recruitment Specialist and Recruitment Specialist at Netguru, where Martyna prepared and executed recruitment strategies for tech and business roles. Engagements with various organizations, including AIESEC Polska, involved leadership in business development and employer branding initiatives, alongside roles in customer relations and marketing. Martyna holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Poznan University of Economics And Business.
