redT Homes is the only residential real estate development company in Denver offering a full suite of services, ranging from land acquisition and entitlement to design, architecture, and construction—along with real estate-focused marketing and sales. Aside from our service offerings, what makes redT truly unique is our commitment to Building A Greener Colorado. We’ve chosen to prioritize the health of Denver’s families, and our environment, by building to a LEED Gold Certification (or better), and only working with developers, builders, and investors willing to do the same. redT is also the first homebuilder west of the Mississippi to develop new construction homes to the rigorous USGBC standards to meet LEED Zero Certification. We design, build, and sell healthy, attainably priced homes.
