Dani Johnson

Dani Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational learning and development. Currently serving as Co-founder & Principal Analyst at RedThread Research since March 2018, Dani has previously held significant roles including Board Member at RSG - Resource Systems Group, Inc. and VP of Learning & Career Research at Bersin, Deloitte Consulting LLP, where responsibilities included overseeing organizational learning research and exploring the integration of learning and development within organizations. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Sr. Design Consultant at Allen Communication Learning Services, where client engagements generated over $4 million in revenue in a single year, and as Product Manager for HR Products & Assessments at The RBL Group, where innovative educational tools were developed based on contemporary HR research. Dani holds an MBA and an MS in Mechanical Engineering, both from Brigham Young University.
