John Poyton OBE is a founder and leader in adolescent health, violence prevention, and youth services. They founded Redthread in 2002 and co-founded The Well Centre in 2011. They are the Founder CEO of The Well Centre Charity (since 2023) and a Senior Advisor at Crest Advisory (since 2024). The Well Centre Charity aims to scale the Well Centre Model in NHSE Primary Care and communities to support young people’s mental and physical health and prevent crisis attendance in A&E, involvement in the youth justice system, or interruptions to education and employability.
