Mike Hull

Mike Hull has extensive experience in power generation and engineering support, having worked at a large coal plant since 1980. After 18 years on the Operations Team, they transitioned to Training and Employee Development, where they developed policies and a training program for Control Room Operators. In 2010, Mike moved to Engineering as the Distributed Controls Group supervisor and later took on additional responsibilities in Communications, IT, and NERC Compliance. Currently, they serve as a Reliability Manager at Redtree and co-own Sustainable Services Group, focusing on standardizing operating procedures for renewable energy projects. Mike holds a BSB/M in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
