Curtis W. Balls

Curtis has worked in public accounting for 15 years, specializing in providing audit and business consulting services to mid-sized companies, including private equity-owned companies in the manufacturing, distribution, retail and consumer products industries.

He also has significant experience auditing nonprofit organizations; prior to joining REDW in late 2021, he served as the nonprofit practice leader of another prominent public accounting firm in the Phoenix area.

Passionate about mentoring and coaching people to achieve results, Curtis frequently conducts technical and core audit level trainings and has championed campus recruiting at Northern Arizona University.
