We are Redwing.

Redwing are a property agency who partner with organisations to bring to market, let, sell and manage residential developments across the North West.

With over 60 years experience, we offer tailored end-to-end property services including development consultancy, marketing, lettings, sales, staircasing and lease extensions, property management, asset management and compliance. We strive to provide homeowners with choice and are therefore specialised in a variety of property tenures, including shared ownership, build-to-rent and rent-to-buy. As a registered provider, we are also trusted to ensure our clients and customers receive a quality and compliant service and support.

It’s our mission to bring more good quality and affordable homes to the property market, provide an exceptional service and generate a profit to reinvest into local good causes as part of The Regenda Group – it’s what we’re all about.
