Benjamin FAVIER

Benjamin Favier is currently a Health and Safety Officer at Redwire Space and has previously held multiple leadership roles within the company, focusing on mechanical engineering and integration. With over eight years of experience, Benjamin was the mechanical lead for a missile project at MBDA, managing multiprojects and overseeing a team of six in the mechanical design office. They hold two engineering degrees in mechanical and aerospace engineering and have demonstrated expertise in complex R&D project management, design, and tooling. Benjamin's educational background includes a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole nationale supérieure d'Arts et Métiers and a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Université de Montréal.
