Joseph Bauer

Joseph Bauer is a seasoned mechanical engineer with a strong background in engineering supervision and project management. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor at Redwire Space since May 2022, Joseph previously held the role of Senior Mechanical Engineer and Team Lead. Prior experience includes a position as Project Engineer at Senior Metal Bellows from February 2019 to May 2022, and Mechanical Engineer II at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems from February 2013 to February 2019. Early in the career at Kadant Inc., Joseph contributed as a Design & Engineering Applications Intern. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, both obtained from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
