Michael McLaughlin

Michael McLaughlin is an experienced professional in project and program management with a career spanning over three decades in engineering and project leadership. Currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office at Redwire Space since March 2020, McLaughlin previously held key positions at Plexus Corp. and Ball Aerospace, where significant contributions included managing over 30 engineering product development projects with substantial budgets and creating innovative designs for NASA’s Kepler spacecraft. With a solid background in engineering, including roles at Henny Penny Corporation, Ochs Industries, and Cincinnati Microwave, McLaughlin has a proven track record of leading teams to achieve notable cost savings and receiving multiple recognition awards. McLaughlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and has further education from Purdue University.
