Previously, as Vice President and Global Treasurer at Pyxus International, Inc., Michael led a corporate treasury team, providing risk management and long-term liquidity forecasts while overseeing significant financial strategies, including navigating Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Michael's background also includes a decade at Deutsche Bank Securities with expertise in leverage finance and critical roles in the US Navy as an International Military Liaison and Submarine Officer, demonstrating strong decision-making skills in high-pressure environments. Education includes an MBA from Columbia Business School, a master's equivalent in Nuclear Engineering, and a BS in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
