Paul Sheldon

Paul Sheldon has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Paul is currently working at Redwire Space as the Director of Engineering, a position they have held since February 2024. Prior to that, they were the Product Assurance Manager at Redwire Space from August 2021 to February 2024. Before joining Redwire Space, they worked at Made In Space, Inc. as the Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance Lead from September 2019 to February 2024.

Paul also had a significant tenure at BWX Technologies, Inc. where they served as a Quality Engineer from April 2013 to September 2019. During this time, they obtained certifications in various non-destructive testing methods.

Paul began their career at Enduris Inc. as an Assistant Production Manager, overseeing extrusion lines and implementing maintenance procedures from July 2010 to January 2013.

Prior to transitioning into the private sector, Paul served in the US Navy, first as a Submarine Pipeline officer from May 2007 to May 2009, and later as a Personnel Officer from June 2009 to February 2010.

Paul Sheldon attended Virginia Military Institute from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Paul'sfield of study was focused on Engineering.
