Peter Barker

Peter Barker serves as the General Manager at Redwire Space in Goleta, California, since April 2018. In addition, Peter holds the position of Deputy General Manager and Program Manager at Deployable Space Systems Inc., where oversight of the Roll Out Solar Array (ROSA) for the Double Asteroid Redirection Test (DART) mission is maintained. Prior experience at Orbital ATK from 1997 to April 2018 includes roles as Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Business Development Representative, and Proposal Manager, along with a background as a Mechanical Engineer. Earlier experience includes a mechanical engineering role at Olympia Motors Inc. from 1996 to 1997. Peter earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara between 1992 and 1996.
