Ryan Leeper

Ryan Leeper is an experienced engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering and design. Currently serving as the Lead Design Engineer at Redwire Space since July 2019, Ryan focuses on design, testing, and system engineering. Prior roles include Mechanical Engineer at Gunnebo Johnson Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed product design, fatigue analysis, and compliance testing, and Mechanical Engineer at Xtreme Manufacturing, overseeing the conceptual design of service vehicles. Additional experience includes an internship in gas engineering at NV Energy, field service work at Windspire Energy, data entry at Ebara International Corporation, and service as a Helicopter Crew Chief in the United States Marine Corps. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
