Stijn Ilsen is a Senior Satellite Engineer at Redwire Space, actively involved since November 2022. Concurrently, Stijn serves as a keynote speaker for Sprekerspool and Read My Lips, and holds a position on the Board of Directors for Wase Wind. As the owner of Andromeda Services BVBA since June 2008, Stijn also delivered a TEDx talk titled "It’s time for planetary protection" in March 2017, focusing on the AIDA mission related to binary asteroids. Previous experience includes serving as Project Manager at QinetiQ Space from January 2010 to December 2022, overseeing various satellite projects. Early career roles included AIT engineer positions at Verhaert, Thales, and EADS Astrium, with a foundation in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
