Redwood Fellows’ mission is to build a statewide community to support accomplished leaders in achieving their aspirations, accelerating their individual and collaborative impact.

We are 86 leaders strong in 2026, representing multiple generations and viewpoints, 13 different professional sectors, and 43 towns and cities across Connecticut. By 2030, Redwood Fellows will grow to more than 200 Fellows actively advancing a statewide community and leading institutions.

Fellows build community through a fellowship experience that leads to membership in a broader Statewide Community. Fellows show up for each other, and every time they do, the community becomes stronger. The stronger the community, the greater the opportunity and capacity to lead and transform Connecticut. Imagine the immense possibilities.
