We love what we do, and it shows. Our passion is learning that sticks! — Redwood plans, designs and builds e-Learning that informs, engages, and inspires.

CUSTOM e-LEARNING: Award-winning, online learning built with your desired level of interactivity, animation, responsiveness, and measurement. We build fully responsive (mobile) courseware.

LMS HOSTING: We have an agile LMS (learning management system) called VIBE that’s perfect for small to medium-sized organizations looking to manage their learning.

MICRO-LEARNING: Learning moments to communicate key messages and build problem solving skills. Includes branching scenarios and interactive explainer videos.

IMMERSIVE LEARNING: Techniques and tools to immerse any learner in your world. Game-based assessment modules to test understanding of critical content.

Our managing partners got their start in the creative (and competitive) high stakes event arena in the nineteen-eighties and nineties. They started Redwood e-learning systems in 2003 to address what they saw as gaps in the online learning arena. Redwood had an immediate impact—and been nominated for (and won) lots of awards along the way including Gold and WOW! awards from Canada's Institute for Performance and Learning (formerly CSTD).

Today’s Redwood includes a team of project leads, project managers, LMS specialists, instructional designers, writers, graphic designers, game designers and interactive developers. We all maintain a sense a humour even when faced with the challenges of complex projects and tight timelines.

Here’s what we bring to every project—the ability to:

Interpret and communicate complex content in a meaningful way.
Adapt content into engaging, interactive content.
increase the uptake of processes and ensure compliance via learning.
Craft scenarios that deepen understanding of the “why” while building decision making skills.
Focus with laser intensity on the things that matter most.
Manage many stakeholders so that everyone feels they have contributed to the content.
Herd cats when necessary in order to move initiatives forward.
