National Coaching Director - Large Enterprise at Redzone Production Systems

Patrick Flaherty has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Director of Operations at TPS (Total Packaging Solutions) from 2008 to 2013. In this position, they were responsible for daily operations, communication with the President/CEO, and overseeing various aspects of the business.

Patrick then worked as a Project Manager at DB&A - DeWolff, Boberg & Associates, Inc from 2013 to 2017. In this role, they helped managers improve their skill sets, increase accountability, and implement productivity improvements across all levels and departments.

Following that, Patrick served as the Director of Operations at Chromalloy from 2017 to 2019. As the Director of Operations, they managed operations, safety, customer service, and human capital development, before transitioning to the role of Director of SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning).

Currently, Patrick is employed at QAD Redzone. Patrick started as a Production Systems Coach in July 2019, where they and their team were responsible for delivering the full life cycle of the Redzone Production System to improve plant performance in manufacturing organizations. From February 2020 to April 2021, they served as a (National) Large Enterprise Lead Coach, overseeing a team of coaches and project managers. In April 2021, they were promoted to the role of National Coaching Director - Large Enterprise, continuing to lead their team and drive plant performance improvement.

Throughout their career, Patrick has utilized their extensive operational leadership experience to drive lasting bottom line savings, facilitate continuous improvement processes such as Kaizen, and empower the workforce through standard work and data-driven processes.

Patrick Flaherty attended Johnson & Wales University-Charlotte from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Hospitality Administration/Management and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from DB&A - DeWolff, Boberg & Associates, Inc. in May 2017. Patrick also holds a certification in Chemical Terrorism Vulnerability; however, the month and year of when they obtained this certification are not provided.
