Adi Idel

Adi Idel currently serves as an Electronics NPI Engineer at REE Automotive since April 2023, leading hardware end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including transferring products from R&D to production, defining engineering data, and managing quality activities with contract manufacturers. Prior experience includes roles in product, NPI, and operations at MDgo, overseeing product documentation and production subcontractors, and serving as a Mathematics Teacher. Adi also held significant positions at Emerson Process Management and APM Automation Solutions Ltd., driving PLM activities and managing engineering teams. The educational background includes a BA in Management and Computer Sciences from The Open University of Israel.
