Matthew Little

Matthew Little is a skilled professional in the automotive industry with extensive experience in vehicle test operations and engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Vehicle Test Operations at REE Automotive since September 2022, Matthew has held multiple key roles in the company, including Test Operations Principal Engineer and Vehicle Integration Lead Engineer. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Jaguar Land Rover from June 2015 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading vehicle integration and project engineering for special vehicle operations, particularly for models such as the Jaguar F-Type and F-Pace. Additionally, Matthew has experience as a Design Engineer at Westfield Technology Group and as the Formula Student Chassis Manager at Birmingham City University, where a Bachelor of Science in Motorsport Technology was earned.
