Max Yaskin

Max Yaskin has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in both public and private sectors. Max is currently the Director of Finance at REE Automotive, where they are responsible for establishing the corporate finance department and managing a team of financial staff. Prior to this role, they were the Corporate Controller at a NASDAQ listed high-tech company, where they played a key role in preparing the company for public trading. Before that, Max worked at Partner Israel, where they held various positions including Head of Financial Reporting and Taxation Department and Accounting and Banks Reconciliation Team Lead. Max'sresponsibilities included leading the close process, SEC reporting, and financial control, as well as managing teams of financial staff. Max also gained experience as a Senior Associate at PwC, where they conducted audits and provided tax services to a range of clients.

Max Yaskin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University in 2008. Max then pursued further education at Tel Aviv University, obtaining a Certified Public Accountant in Israel in 2009. In 2011, Max Yaskin also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Israel Accountants Council.
