Shlomi Hen is an experienced RT Software Engineer with a strong background in developing drivers and APIs for peripheral devices. Currently working at REE since October 2021, Shlomi previously held the same position at Gilat Satellite Networks from 2008 to 2020, where responsibilities included writing and debugging interfaces. Earlier experience at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries from 2004 to 2007 involved converting operating systems from RMK to VxWorks and adapting to new hardware, as well as implementing various communication interfaces such as RS422, RS232, SPI, CANBAS, and Ethernet. Shlomi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and completed additional education at Bar-Ilan University through the Mahut IAI program.
