Raphaël SZYMOCHA, PhD

Raphaël SZYMOCHA, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Raphaël is currently the Co-founder and CTO of Reecall, a smart voice assistant that integrates with teams to answer phone calls, chat with customers, and provide solutions. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the CMO of SKIN&SENS, a beauty salon and spa that won the France Championship in Massage. Raphaël was also the CEO of INSIDE PROCESS, where they served as an advisor and deputy officer of general management, specializing in transition CIO and project management senior consulting, as well as business process modeling and BI dashboarding.

Raphaël's experience also includes being the Co-founder and CTO of Cadre de Vie, a startup that offers white label services for French households. Raphaël was responsible for innovating and modeling new usages and services, selecting service and data providers, and managing internal and external developments to provide the best user experience.

Additionally, Raphaël served as the COO of C2iS, a digital agency that was recognized as the "France Digital Agency of the Year" in 2012 and 2015. Raphaël also held the role of Deputy COO and Chief Customer Officer at Multepass, an e-commerce company, where they focused on improving customer performance through organizational and directional strategies.

Earlier in their career, Raphaël held various positions including CIO at Cartaix Marketing Services, Associate & CTO at acti, Chief of Process & Methods at Himalaya Corp / Eurasset, and PhD Doctorant, Chargé de Recherche Vacataire at Inserm. Raphaël has a strong background in research, project management, and development.

Raphaël SZYMOCHA, PhD has a strong educational background in the field of neuroscience, immunology, and virology. Raphaël obtained their Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. During this time, they focused on the specific areas of neurology, immunology, and virology.

In addition to their Ph.D., Raphaël also pursued further education at emlyon business school. From 1999 to 2000, they attended emlyon business school and completed the program in Biomed Entrepreneurship & Global Innovation designed for Ph.D. graduates. Their studies at emlyon business school provided him with a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and innovation.

Furthermore, Raphaël SZYMOCHA holds additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2010, they obtained the Salesforce Consultant & Administrator certification from Salesforce. This certification reflects their proficiency and expertise in using the Salesforce platform for consultancy and administration purposes.
