Edwin Ramirez

Edwin Ramirez has extensive work experience in various roles related to operations and technical support. Edwin is currently the Director of Operations at Reece Builders. Prior to that, they worked as an Entrepreneur in business operations consulting. From 2017 to 2021, they served as a Call Center Manager at Florida Home-Improvement Associates, where they effectively managed a team of over 20 employees and significantly grew the department's revenue. Earlier in their career, Edwin held leadership positions at Advanced Tech Support, Smart Support TM, Stopzilla/IS3, and PC Security Shield, where they oversaw technical operations, managed large teams, and contributed to customer support and sales initiatives.

Edwin Ramirez completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from UMass Boston. Edwin attended the university from 1999 to 2004.
