Ryan Lymych

Ryan Lymych has a strong background in sales and business development. Ryan currently holds the role of Director of Sales and Business Development at Reece Builders since September 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Reece Builders from November 2019 to December 2020.

Before joining Reece Builders, Ryan worked at Home Performance Alliance as the General Manager from May 2017 to October 2018. In this role, they focused on helping homeowners in the southwest of Florida reduce energy consumption and insurance premiums. Ryan successfully increased sales from $3 million annually to a $12 million operation in the Fort Myers region.

Ryan also gained extensive experience at Appleby Systems, where they held multiple roles including General Manager from June 2014 to March 2017, Sales Manager from January 2013 to June 2014, and Outside Sales Representative from May 2011 to January 2013.

Prior to Appleby Systems, Ryan worked at Fiberlink as an Account Sales Representative from May 2010 to December 2010. Ryan excelled in lead generation, prospecting, and building rapport with customers.

Ryan's early experience includes working at Dick's Sporting Goods, where they held roles such as Sales Support/Operations Manager from September 2009 to April 2010, Footwear Team Lead from April 2009 to September 2009, and Sales Associate from September 2007 to March 2009.
