Brook Smith

Brook Smith is a Strategic Designer currently leading Innovation, Learning, and Data teams in the People Experience function at Reece Group, driving design-led transformation for 6,500 staff across ANZ. With extensive experience in service design, human-centered design, and organizational change, Brook has previously held roles at Isobar, where they worked as a Senior Strategic Designer, and Telstra as a Change Manager. Earlier in their career, Brook developed industry-specific training materials as a Resource Writer at Artisan Consulting and managed operations at Cheapskates. Brook holds a BA in English and Information Science from the University of Otago and a Master of Teaching from the University of Melbourne.
