Daniela Santilli

Daniela Santilli is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in marketing and business development, currently serving as the Bathroom & Kitchen Merchandising Leader at Reece Group since 2015. Santilli leads a cross-functional team managing Category Management, Marketing Portfolio Management, Product Specialists, and Architectural & Interior Design specification across various markets. Previously, Santilli held several leadership roles within Reece Group, including Bathroom Marketing Leader and Marketing & Business Development Manager for the Bathroom Business, as well as Reece National Marketing Manager. Prior to Reece, Santilli worked at Clemenger BBDO in multiple roles, including Group Business Director and Group Account Director, servicing major clients such as NAB and Twinnings. Santilli holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from RMIT University.
