Geoff Challinger

Geoff Challinger is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Supply Chain Transformation Leader and acting Chief Supply Chain Officer at Reece Group since June 2021. Prior roles include Supply Chain Excellence Lead at Mars, Customer Service and Logistics Leader APACA at Molson Coors, and various leadership positions at Lion, including National Supply Leader and IBP Strategic Supply Planner. Previous experience also includes serving as National Contracts Manager for Logistics at Fairfax Media, where contract management and KPI adherence were key responsibilities, and as a Graduate Logistics Liquor Logistics Analyst at Coles. Geoff holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, along with an Advanced Diploma in International Business from RMIT University.
