Rhys Buzza is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Finance Shared Services Leader at Reece Group since June 2012, Rhys has also held the position of Manager of Customer Accounts. Prior to this role, Rhys worked as a Consultant at Sharp & Carter and gained valuable experience as Credit Team Leader at Cadbury Schweppes. Rhys's career began at Kings Transport, where responsibilities included General Manager for New Zealand and National Credit Manager, and earlier roles at National Foods involved managing Process Re-Engineering and credit management.
